Lamb pitching well for Spokane Indians |
From Dailypress.com
Wednesday was Lamb’s roughest outing by far. He yielded two hits in as many innings, including a two-run homer, in a 13-2 loss to the Tri-City Dust Devils. He still managed to strike out four. But four days earlier against Tri-City, Lamb threw two scoreless innings, striking out four and allowing one hit.
A second-round draft choice last month, Lamb has pitched seven innings in five relief appearances for the Spokane Indians, Texas’ affiliate in the Class A Short Season Northwest League. Lamb has allowed seven hits and three earned runs (3.86 ERA) while striking out 13 and walking four.
