Mason Cloy is one of possibly ten Division 1-A offensive line prospects in the South Carolina crop for 2007. Vanderbilt offered Cloy last week, and now he has an offer from one of the in-state schools.
"I talked to Coach (Tommy) Bowden Wednesday night, and he told me I had an offer." Cloy said it is too early for him to name any favorites. Cloy will most likely play center in college, but some schools will recruit him as a tight end. We will continue to track Cloy and his teammate Quintin Richardson, who will be one of the top five prospects in South Carolina regardless of position.
