I feel now that this was a good assessment
Arizona had two transfer players that were the best on their previous teams. Keshod Johnson from San Diego State last year all the way to the title against UCONN, and Caleb Love being a senior and leading UNC to a title appearance as well.
It’s unbelievable that Clemson basketball is playing at a national championship level. Truly never thought I’d see it.
The key to beating Alabama is playing good perimeter defense.
The zone that Brad’s been using has been working fantastically, and I guess Brad will emphasize that plan with Alabama being a very good 3 point shooting team.
I really think the UNC game had zero defense. They were just going back and forth scoring.
Clemson is able to make stops. If we must remember, Brad is truly defensive minded.
Guys to watch for are Mark Sears and Grant Nelson.
Mark Sears is the real deal. Again, like Caleb Love, he and everyone else are going to put up 3s.
I like this matchup for us. I know we’ve beaten them, but it was back in December. I would’ve said before we beat Baylor and Arizona that we may not keep up with their tempo and speed, but obviously we can play at any tempo we want.
Preferably getting the game to slow down is the best possible strategy. The more shots they get, the more they will make. Keep control just like we have been.

Petty, or do I prefer facts over half-ass BS.

The latter applies and statistically speaking, you're simply wrong. No, Bacot wasn't their best either. Keep on and you'll get there eventually.

intently watching BAMA/UNC. It seemed casually watching that they have pretty decent inside guy getting them second chance points and scoring a fair amount I think they had 4 players with over 15 pts too

the positives for me, is Sears will most likely not be able to replicate that performance, i looked at the stats from the unc/bama game and despite losing unc had 13 more shot attempts.
Unc in my opinion is better than bama and would beat them in a 7 game nba style series but college is one game deal, RJ davis was quite frankly terrible for UNC he scored 20 but if you look closer he was 4-18 from the field including 0-12 3 point. he did alot of random running around the perimeter not even looking for teamates, such as when the white guy was 4-4 3 point they simply never let him have a heat check just went away from him.
So all in all i would say i'm glad Bama won, dont think they are as good as UNC, i think brad will use the same run them off the 3 point strategy, and dare sears do have another stellar performance.

The big picture on this...

Clemson-Arizona was a physical, heavyweight fight.
Bama-UNC was a track meet. If we slow Bama down, we win. Maybe we win anyway.

Both teams have evolved and changed since November 28th. It works both ways.
