It demonstrates that the ACC was not mentally competent when it entered into the GORs with the member institutions. It should be very easy for Clemson to leave whenever they are ready, based on this.

The commish then was a UNC grad. The same UNC that didn't make athletes go to class. I will never forgive Clemson for voting that guy in. Even if he was a lock we should have had the balls to vote no. They way he treated us during his tenure (girdle gate knee jerk and blatent UNC hand holding to avoid NCAA penalties on academic fraud) was ridiculous.

I have a great story about the original Gorn suit, that most would not believe.

The way I understand it (directly from Graham Neff speaking to the IPTAY Reps 2 weeks ago) they are 50% members and have 50% voting rights, or essentially half a vote. They technically don't have a vote when discussing "football only" topics. I took this to mean football rule changes, major scheduling changes, etc, but for conference related topics, they have half a vote.
This still seems crazy to me as football should be like 75%+ based on revenue and dictating what the conference should due, but they don't have "full voting rights" from what I understand.

It won't. That's a made up argument that won't hold up in court.
