Good place to hang out & park ? Been several years since last trip here. Coming down from Charlotte area. Used to go to farmer's market for years. I know things changed in that area some. Thanks.

When backing up to a chain link fence, be sure to use your back up camera so you don’t back over any local fans conceiving and tiny c0cks.

You’ll have your choice of parking in warehouse, garage, industrial and bad restaurant lots. Watch as you walk to/from the stadium, as the walkways are uneven and unpaved.

I'd recommend staying in Charlotte and going to Clutch Kitchen and Pour House with a host of other Clemson fans.

For those of you brave enough to venture to Billy B., how about a real suggestion.

You’re a #######. Seriously. Be real. We go every year. We have family on both sides. We pay for a spot in gamecock park and we have a blast. Their gameday experience is not Clemson but it’s still fun. To the OP, if you venture to gamecock park, there will be a free live band as well as a ton of beer / seltzer companies doing promos with free drinks. They have some decent food trucks too. Just stay in that area and then walk across the street to the stadium and you’ll be fine. That area lost the warehouse vibe over a decade ago.

there is an old mill or plant or something that has been turned into apartments or student housing. it is a long walk along the railroad tracks to the stadium, but was in easy out (even in a rare close game)

There is no good nor safe place to hang out. As far as parking goes, if you can decorate your vehicle in chickens without barfing the car may be safe to leave. Otherwise I can all but assure you it’s gonna get damage

I would suggest you try to buy a pass for the Woodstock lot which is at the end of National Guard Rd. I'm a Gamecock fan and I have been to numerous games using that lot. Passes are on Ticketmaster and they run about 60 or so. You have a mobile pass. I went to MissSt and JaxSt games this year and there were some fans from those teams there. I don't think people will mess with you, but it is a rivalry game and some bad behavior is not beyond possible but I would think unlikely. Hope this helps. GO GAMECOCKS!

In 2021 when we won 30-0 it was a noon game. I drove down Shop Road off I-77 looking for a place to park. Near the stadium, just before it merges onto George Rogers Blvd. there was a grass/dirt lot on the right with a lot of orange tailgate tents so iI went in there. Had a good time. I think it was some kind of tire business. Pricey. $40 or so. Frat lot close by so you have to deal with some drunk riff raff. A night game might be less friendly and might be full.
