There are people who get certain conditions all the time, regardless of whether or not they're vaccinated. So, without studies to back it up, it's just speculation mostly.
There are a few things that are known to be related to the jabs, mostly myocarditis among adolescent boys, and some people who get an immediate allergic reaction. It appears that a handful of people per millions get shingles, too, from the vaccines.
All of this is weighed against the millions of lives that were saved by the vacines.
I put this NYT article as mostly a nothing-burger.
