They must have some dirt on the NCAA or spend a lot of money on lawyers. It's as if the rules don't apply to them. Wouldn't be surprised if Swofford was somehow involved.

The NCAA has been in survival mode for several years now. Every time they lose in court, their legitimacy and power is chopped even more.
I'm curious what Mack has to say about this. If he doesn't say much (or anything), I'll believe what the NCAA is saying because Mack won't throw UNC under the bus. However, if Mack blasts the NCAA, then the NCAA is obviously lying to save face.
