Ploy to get ESPN to up the ACC $...they would be losing 2 of ACC biggest cash cows to FOX????
With bigger pay from espn and unequal distribution, this could buy a little time to minimize the gor exit fee when the sec and big truly are ready to expand further.
Just a thought.

The ACC would have to agree to unequal revenue distribution, which they recently shot down. FSU is demanding that ESPN & the ACC find a way to “make them whole” with equivalent revenue to every SEC program (how can Vanderbilt etc make more?). If they fail to find a way, FSU will bolt for the B1G & Fox, by lawsuit or settlement as necessary.

Meanwhile, Clemson remains eerily silent. 🤔

Just let FSU lawyer up and pay those bills.

Once they prove that the GOR has no holding power (if they can), we can ride on their accomplishment.

If it comes out that FSU and Clemson have actually been invited and lets say they claim they'll leave by 2025. Others will have time to seek out landing spots once the news hits and we can dissolve the Conference at the meetings next year. I can see 2 or 3 to the Big12 and another 2 or 3 to the SEC.

I think there are probably 6 ACC schools that land in either SEC or Big 10. 2 to possibly 4 of the ones left should be welcome in Pac 12. Others will have a hard time staying in "power 5", which I will argue become power 2 by 2026.
