I can break this into three tiers:

Best Case: 15-0 - ACC and National Champs
- CK2 makes a huge leap. 4000 passing yards and 40 passing TDs and 10 rushing TDs. Heisman finalist.
- Mafah has like 1500 yards and 25 total TDs. OL really improves as a unit and takes over games.
- Two 1K yard WRs and TE with 750+ yards.
- Top 5 defense
- Play a bunch of reserves.

Realist: 10-2 with a shot at the conference title and CFP spot.
- CK2 embraces more of a game manager role or Pearman takes over due to CK just playing well below average and fulfils the GM role. 3K yards passing and 30 total TDs (25 passing, 5 rushing)
- Mafah 1K rusher with 15 total TDs. OL makes the jump but doesn't handle good/great defensive front 7s well.
- One 1K yard receiver, TE with 500+ yards receiving
- Top 10 defense.
- Play reserves sparingly.

Horrible/Floor: 4-8
- CK2 regressions/Pearman also turns out to be a spring game one hit wonder.
- Mafah 750 yrds rushing, 10 total TDs, RB by committee. OL is below average.
- No 1K receivers. No impact players at TE or WR.
- Defense reads too many TNET posts about how great they are and struggle to show up and finish Top 40. Wes is on the hot seat or shown the door.
- Playing anybody in uniform because of a horrible injury streak or just terrible team chemistry that leads to a divided locker room and an even more volatile TNET forum.

Best Case...lose 1 or 2 games with our last loss being in third round of playoffs.

Realist Case....lose 3 games with our last loss being in first round of playoffs.

Worst Case....lose 4 games and go to a bowl game in Orlando...
