He wants to win so badly that he gets too excited. The QB is the leader of the offense and he needs to inspire confidence.

The only thing that set him back was the juggling of the 2 sports. He didn't really have to play football. Then that massive spear in the back at Auburn definitely made him think twice about football.

Kyle parker could have been really good too. Played the kid with fractured ribs. I hope Cade can become the best QB he can be, i believe in the kid. At least he cares better than some of the other players that have been here for this decline.

I see things in him I never saw with DJ. 40% of him is elite, 50% is okay, 10% is atrocious. Feels like we've just seen too much of the 10%.

Yep even in the Miami game he threw for 314 yards and beaux dropped a few! Also he averaged 17.44 yards per completion! Yes his percentage was low but as I said, there were drops that were easily catchable.

A friends granddaughter is in one of CK’s study groups. Says he is a can’t sit still guy, tapping the table, bouncing his knees etc. Maybe not the right personality for a draftable D1 QB.

well, when Miami's SDE was in his face every other play, it was hard to chill. He was running for his life all night, and there was no pocket for him to step up into because Miami continually blitzed the middle. We had no ansers, they were more athletic on defense than we are on offense, plain and simple.

Everyone can say what they want to about Cade but that kids arm talent and release is elite. Once he learns to trust his teammates or they get him some that he can depend on that kid can win at the highest level.

I’ve seen his arm I can’t speak on everything else because I’m not a coach. But if they can ever get him fully calmed he will be a great one 🤷♂️🤷♂️

I 100% agree with this. Little bit of a gunslinger, Reminds me of Brett Favre a bit. Better protection and a couple of outside weapons and he’s on the stage in NY

He didn’t fumble at the 1” line and he didn’t let the Miami O run the ball straight down our throats for 13 minutes in the 4th quarter. Ship, the Defense, and the Receivers that couldn’t come up with 50/50 balls or catch balls that hit them in the hands helped with that loss. Cade and Briningstool were the whole offense and Brin dropped a perfect pass too. Blaming that loss on one guy is like blaming it on one missed PI call. (There was more than one of those too btw)
