Deion Sanders is a CLOWN

He's failed that program and he's throwing his players under the bus. Players that he drafted from the transfer portal. He is not a coach at all. He's a moron that thought he could buy his way to success in College Football through the portal and NIL deals. Well, it didn't work out in the end. Now we can all collectively shut the f*** up about Dabo using the portal. There's not a bum in the portal currently that I would use to replace a single player on the roster. It's plain and simple folks, Clemson's program is experiencing growing pains of a rebuilding season. Colorado is just experiencing pain for no reason.
GO TIGERS!

1) Colorado has already exceeded many people's expectations of them this season.
2) There are no players in the portal right now. It's only open for a 45-day period each year.

Players can only ENTER the portal for 45 days per year. Schools can sign players from the portal throughout the year, just like they can sign recruits. But obviously, a player can't enroll mid-season.

I keep seeing that Deion has already exceeded expectations with the 4 wins… I question what were the real expectations bc yes I agree from the 1 win they had a year ago but this is a completely diff team than they fielded last year at every single position through the portal. So it was a very wait and see for me bc Shadeur is a pretty good qb (hugely better than anyone they had last year) and Hunter is one of the if not the best wr and possibly db in the country… we would start for every team in the country and was the number 1 recruit. They have a ton of talent at wr for sure so I don’t get the exceeded expectations bc he brought in a completely new team so what happened last year shouldn’t even be a factor. With the talent he has in the team now that we have seen it (yes they struggle on defense) anything under 6-7 wins imo is a underwhelming season.

and wants his guys to play with exuberance and swagger. His players (including his son) screwed the pooch. Absolutely was a team (coaches included) debacle. But They’ve already have won more than most thought they would this year. Like him or not, his fellas most likely would run off a cliff for him. His methods may not be made for the long term, but he is a coach that I wish my younger body could have played for …(if I had size or ability!)…

Great talk for the troops....work hard...love the message. Not many players do exactly what is needed everyday on every play with every ounce of effort. The message has to be reinforced...over and over.

No I listen to coaches. These guys were jot doing everything necessary on moat days, or on most plays, according to both he and Sanders said.

I sat in Chestnut Hill, MA in 2010 on a cold, gray day and saw us lose to BC. We looked awful. We were uninspired, poorly coached, and ended up with a losing record that year.
Not too many people at that time thought Dabo would turn things around, much less make us an elite program.
Deion is still figuring things out, but he has what it takes to build a winner. I wouldn’t count him out, even if you don’t like him personally.

We let Dabo stick around and gave him what he needed to build a winner.
FIFY.
I remember Dabo's humility during his humbled beginnings at Clemson. I don't remember Dabo showboating his new sunglasses and acting like he was the world champion without winning anything. He put his head down and went to work on building the program to what it is today and most importantly, he remained humble and kept his mouth shut. The only time Dabo ever opened his mouth was to defend his team and program. Dabo has also been loyal to the program by being committed to the young men he has recruited into it. Deion Sanders or "Grime-Time" as I like to call him has been a Portal W h o r e and hasn't dedicated anything to anyone from a development standpoint. Whenever he can develop a team of young men from the ground up and mold them into a championship team from freshmen to seniors, I will have some respect for him. Loyalty goes a very long way and he is loyal only to himself.

Deion's public persona.
I get that, but if you listen closely to those who know Deion, they will tell you that he is extremely genuine, loyal, and gracious. They will also tell you that he loves the Lord and wants to be a good role model and leaders for his players.
Basically, there are a lot of similarities to Dabo.
In addition, Deion also has a huge desire to prove himself and achieve at a high level - something we also saw in young Dabo.

Colorado won 1 game last year Deion has 4 already.... He's an inexperienced coach...it's only his 3 year as a hc, first in power 5 football.... The futures bright under prime.... Let's just hope he doesn't want any of our players or recruits.... You'd be surprised how much being able to hang out with lil Wayne, the rock, NBA YoungBoy, Kevin Durant, ja Morant, the cowboys players etc etc weighs on a kids mind... And going to Colorado will get a kid the most exposure.... Colorado has 5 of the 6 most watched games this season....
Primes coming...
He just messed up hiring Charles Kelly

They have won 4 against some mediocre to bad programs, and lost to another very bad program. Also, no one is worried about losing recruits to him either as his recruiting class is ranked 66th in the country. While I like Deion, he's a novelty and as the losses pile up, and his son continues to act like a clown, the bandwagon will collapse,

I maintain that a new HC needs several years, at least 4, to fix the mess he found. Sanders won't do it. He's be portal recruiting next year too. I can see a new HC using the portal heavily but at a school like UC the portal is the only hope for good players. They might recruit well enough to get a top 10 team at season's end once in 12-15 years.
Some school will hire him away from CU in a couple years because he is flash and impresses recruits. He won't ever be a good coach. His players will mimic his behavior and he will always have a team of divas who blame someone else for their problems.

That was more than coaching. That was chronic subpar effort by the players. Which is also what Sanders himself said as well.

You are right about one thing, Chesty, Deion is a CLOWN and a self-promoter. He will drop those kids and the University of Colorado like a nasty kleenex at the first opportunity, just like he did JSU when they stole his jerry curl cream from the locker stall. He is a narcissist, an egomaniac and Deion will always come first in Deion's eyes. Always. He hasn't figured out yet that it doesn't matter what comes out of your mouth, it is what you do. He can spout Jesus all day long but if he dresses and acts like a street thug and allows his players to do the same on the field, the fans and players alike will see right through him.

When that whole thing flops(and it will) Neon will simply move the goalpost and say “It was never about the W’s! It was about getting eyes on players and money into the program!” And them go around the room pointing at people in a big blustery show yelling “Didnt I get eyes on players? Didnt I get money into the program?”
