How Ok State gets a top 8 seed after losing 11 of the last 13 is something that really needs to get looked at and fixed with the committee in future years. No doubt they’ve played very tough competition and are likely better than most teams, but you have to take their record into consideration at some point when seeding. Their last game was a loss to a bad Kansas team. The softball center of the universe is in the state of OK, I get it, but no way they should have been higher than a 12 and the fact they could host a super is just not a good look for college softball.

Winning and losing no longer matters... it's who you beat and who you lose to that matters. Stupid system.
The Lamecock's baseball team has lost something like 7 out of their last 9, and they're still ranked 3rd in the RPI. Stupid system.

Yep it is silly. Our Tigers swept Va Tech which should be Quad 1 wins, but because Va Tech dropped in the RPI they are now considered only Quad 2 wins. So Essentially the Tigers hurt their own RPI by sweeping the team they were playing.
