Pfizer is settling cancer cases related to Zantac, not the vaccines (as implied). AZ was withdrawn due to low demand, and it no longer being clinically effective (unlike the mRNA vaccines). AZ was a viral vector vaccine and can not be reformulated to variants as easily.
The CNN anchor has long covid, from when he got covid BEFORE vaccines in March of 2020. He already said he had long covid before vaccines. Link below is from Cuomo BEFORE vaccines, and after his illness without a vaccine.

Specifically, he said he has "funky bloodwork" 2 months after his infection, before vaccines. He doesn't elaborate, but his funky bloodwork likely contained most of the things people blame on vaccines today.
The "funky bloodwork" is common, and was before vaccines, with those recovering from COVID.
And again, roughly 86% of unvaxxed "novids", have had a natural covid infection, unknown to the person. And many people have long covid thinking they've never had covid. Same funky blood happens, even if they're clueless, and unvaxxed.

The "horse de-wormer" crowd was stupidly oversimplifying the issue. Ivermectin is regularly prescribed for humans for a variety of reasons, and I've had it prescribed for me. Not for Covid, I should point out.
The problem was people (a) trying to get their hands on the animal variety (something similar happened with hydroxychloroquine) and (b) trying to get human-use ivermectin who didn't need it, thinking it was a replacement for the vaccine, which it isn't.
