Don’t know what has happened but Cagle just isn’t the dominating pitcher she once was. Her strikeouts are down & you see her getting hit around more than ever.

Val doesn’t have it. Already gave up 7 hits. I know they probably thought they get this win easily with Val on the mound. Now down 3-0. Two runners still on base

Millie coming in to pitch now. Val hasn't looked like her previous years. Who knows what the issue is with her this year...just very sub par for her, in the circle and at the plate this year

Yeap Clemson softball doing what they do like holding the ball and not charging a grounder that was an easy play by the first base player. Also chasing pitches and not getting that many hits.

Maybe they find a way to come back because if it ends like this, very sad and disappointing.
Should have been much better this year, something just wasnt right with this group and 2025 looks to be a total rebuild. Unless Rittman brings in a boatload of solid transfers, this might be the last regional for a while.

SE LA has sat down 9 in a row ever since had runners in 2nd.
No Super Regional, No WCWS w/ a senior laden team...softball fans better brace themselves b/c I'm sure things might get downright ugly starting next year.

its bad for the sport on campus and the fanbase. It already has a lot less interaction and publicity than it did the past two years with the newness wearing off and the team just not being as good.

On selection day when I first saw Southeastern Louisiana's record of 45-13 record,I figured this would not be easy at all and it hasn't.They are playing so far like they should be the #2 seed and the Tigers the #3.

Duke may have taken the smarter approach hiring a young coach in Marissa Young. That program is getting better every season and she may be there for a while unless she is hired away.

I care about everything Clemson. Hate to see them struggling. Southeastern Louisiana has gotten every break. They haven't hit the ball hard, just hit it in the right place.
