He was credited with 2 sacks but it should have been 3. A pick six and about 10 total tackles

Keith Adam’s versus SC. 26 tackles ; multiple sacks and TFL
Unstoppable and totally disruptive.

Anthony Simmons had many dominating performances in the 1990s going sideline to sideline with the best closing speed I’ve ever seen on a Clemson linebacker. But those were bad irrelevant Clemson teams.
Levon, Kirkland and Jeff Davis had great performances week after a week for better teams.
One person who doesn’t get talked about enough is Belton Honea Path’s Kendall Joseph, who played very well and made a lot of tackles on two national championship teams 2016 and 2018

Nobody really comes close to Anthony Simmons. 486 tackles in only three seasons. Just behind Bubba Brown who had 515 over 4 seasons. Simmons started from day one and played at 200 lbs. his first year. Could not be blocked, had sub 4.5 speed and simply never missed a tackle. Big numbers in multiple games. Termite (Keith Adams) was more dominant than all for a season with 186 stops and 27 in the season ending win over SC. Termite and Simmons both had an an ability to get off, go around, and sometimes through fullbacks and O lineman to reach the ball. Opposing teams would game plan on how to get them blocked or run away from them with limited success. Most famous game ever in the Valley by Simmons was in the State Championship when Simmons led Spartanburg over Dorman. Simmons simply made almost every tackle and was unstoppable. At some point in the third quarter Dorman's coach (Dave Gutshall) called timeout and instructed his O lineman to stop Simmons by any means including tackling him. Still did not slow him down. Of course Jeff Davis had a few nice performances as well. Great game by J Trotter and improving by leaps and bound but a few notches short of the greatest LB performances of all time.

Isaiah had games he changed single handed with crazy coverage plays and tackles.
Seriously your question is too wide open. While he had a great game there are LBs that made just as many or more plays in a larger stage.
But he earned ACC player of week I am sure!

There was at least one play where he made open field solo tackle which if not for him would have been huge gain / TD for the Irish. Awesome performance.

The defensive player of the week. Not ACC but national
It was nothing compared to what Anthony Simmons, Keith Adams, Anthony Waters, and others have done on far worse teams.

Ed McDaniel was another great one....
Most underperforming has to be Rahim Abdullah.... Had all the gifts in the world and it just didn't translate on sunday.

Ahh man, I had forgotten about Abdullah. If I remember correctly, he had a pick six against wake forest in our first ever overtime game to end it.
