Vegas odds-makers had Clemson initially a 20.5 road underdog to Florida State before the suspension of quarterback Jameis Winston on Wednesday afternoon. Late Friday night, Florida State officials decided to suspend him for the entire FSU-Clemson game.
The line is now as low as -10.5 with a high of 15 right now according to multiple Vegas Sports agencies. SuperBook manager Ed Salmonds told the website LineMakers.com that Winston is worth "maybe 6 points" to the betting line, "so (we) just halved it.” Clemson is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings against Florida State. However, the Tigers are also 0-3 in their last three regular season games against Top 25 teams. The total has gone OVER in 7 of Clemson's last 9 games. The game will be played Saturday, September 20th at 8:00 PM on ABC. Last season, Florida State won in Death Valley with a 51-14 blowout win on national television.
