WATCH: Brice on sticking with Clemson as 'place I wanted to be'

Clemson backup quarterback Chase Brice talked about sticking with the Tigers for his opportunity Saturday in the 27-23 comeback win over Syracuse.

Brice was originally a four-star commit with two five-star-rated prospects incoming with Hunter Johnson and Trevor Lawrence, as well as Kelly Bryant, Zerrick Cooper and Tucker Israel.

"It just hit me that this was the spot I wanted to be," Brice said. "It was a place that I wanted to be and a place I could strive at. That they would help me be a better man and a better person and a better football player."
