Any of you 40+ fellas lose your stamina as you got older?
You take any vitamins, scripps, numbing sprays/creams, or any other home remedies?
I told a friend of mine that I would ask yall for some high quality answers and some funny ones.

TRT is more about quick recovery, less aches and pains and overall your metabolic rate being of a 25 year old than a 45 year old.
Can’t speak on problems in bed. Never had that issue.

I've been prescribed meds before that did lesson libido somewhat, but never faltered in the moment.
As far as vitamins and whatnot, that's a no. Tell your friend to eat healthier maybe?
Numbing creams? WTF kinda problem do this person have? #### diet, see a doctor 😷

TRT, HCG (optional) - needles, prescribed. OTC test stuff is bonk. Get the real shid.
Growth Hormone will help too
Supplements:
L-Citrulline, L-Arginine
zinc, magnesium help w/ loads
Blue Pill atlernatives:
low dose ciallis I've heard / read helps too. do not need, yet.
only thing I'm on is zinc and magnesium. I do want to start running some citrulline and arginine to help w/ my #gainz so I can send cool mirror pics to stubborn_tiger
I've also heard a side effect of hair loss stuff is loss of bonars. Can't say, as I have a head full of hair.
Lastly (probably should be at the top of the list) - cardio and lift. get in shape.
