On my way to Arlington, yesterday I gassed up at Costco in Augusta, then walked into the store to look around, wearing my lucky orange vest sweater with the tiger paw. A GA bull dawg crossed my path and says “good luck with the Irish, I think you all will handle them.”
“Thanks!” says I, giving him a thumbs up and I keep walking. Then he confidently effuses, “but ya’ll are going to struggle with Alabama.”
“Doesn’t EVERYBODY struggle with Alabama, including Georgia?” I countered.
I gave him another thumbs up and never broke stride.
