it was a 1976 Dutchman single wide that I bought used for 8k, 11 years ago. I do not think they even know that I was renting the land, they were in such a hurry to close. This housing market is just crazy. Make hay while it is raining I always say.

Did you say 1976 Dutchman. You realize that several of those models were made entirely of Californium, an experimental element then, but now sells for about $2.7 billion per 100grams. You may want to go buy that back.

With a cop buddy in the 1990’s at a domestic call in the MHP, I was shocked at the single wide living room complete with L shaped recliner sofa, massive TV, and a genuine NASCAR hood as the wall decor. Freaking amazing! Guy still went to jail…
