Is to separate from the NCAA. The integrity of the game has gone out the window. Players are being bought in broad daylight and bowls have become meaningless with opt outs.
The NCAA has made it clear it has no interest in fixing what has been broken. If college football is going to be a farm system for the NFL then the best course of action is to become independent and get a commissioner that can make swift changes.
It pretty much fixes itself next year they will be no opt out at least for the teams making the playoffs ...most likely the opt outs will be in the lower bowl games ...but the NCAA needs to correct the transfer portal until after all the bowl games are finished before any transfers can take place...
It will fix it for some teams, but if a team like FSU gets left out of the playoffs next year they might not be able to field a team with all the opt outs.
