.... a week or so ago, for FSU, but it is fluid.

Next court date is 5/2 for Clemson in Charlotte.

FSU and ACC will meet in Tallahassee around May 20.

FSU and ACC have to enter into mediation. This is where it gets fuzzy. They were given a 120 day deadline. I think that means they have 120 days to the end of mediation, but it could mean 120 days to begin mediation.

At any rate, as one lawyer explained it, "WSe're just in pregame warm ups. We haven't even had the coin toss."

So, in answer to your question, "No, I don't have a time line - at least not a good one."
