Is there a date set yet in Pickens County? Have also not heard a date for the countersuit in mecklenburg county.

I'm not David Hood but the answer to your question is that on Tuesday of this week, Clemson filed a brief in Pickens County Court asking for the ACC to furnish to the court a copy of the Media Rights contract showing where it states that if a conference member leaves the ACC, the member's media rights still belong to the ACC or ESPN. Clemson is maintaining that when a conference member is no longer a conference member, that member's media rights belong to the member. Clemson's request stated that any proprietary information ESPN deemed a trade secret could be redacted, but Clemson wanted to see the agreement between the ACC and ESPN RE. MEDIA RIGHTS.

I have summarized it. Clemson wants the court to see the contract and make a ruling on who owns the media rights if Clemson leaves the ACC. THAT IS THE ISSUE FOR CLEMSON.

Until DH answers, FWIW these guys gave a summary of the Clemson and ACC filings and proceedings and upcoming deadlines to respond. Only thing I have seen anywhere on it.

I agree 100% with what The B1G Mountain is saying about the destinations of FSU and Clemson.

This is not the latest update. As I stated, on Tuesday, April 30, Clemson filed a brief in response to ACC. THE MOUNTAIN blog did a pretty good job of explaining the different briefs and dates.
