Like my Pop said, "my pressure has always been good".
Is that genetic or lifestyle choices?

Maybe mine is too low? My resting pulse is under 50, used to be 40.
If I jump up too fast for another cold beer, I ~~~
Maybe I am just drunk?

Hypertension vs hypotension is ???

I suspect I am just too lazy and too unconcerned as to things I cannot control to get wound up as to life these days.

I had a little hypertension and the doctor put me on meds so I started working out and eating better and my BP went down. Sometimes I would stand up and get dizzy or in my case dizzier. I got rid of those pills and kept my weight and BP down ever since.

Many health problems are due to a few extra pounds on us. Many of those would be reduced by slimming down.
Right now I need to loose a hundred as I am creeping up.

It is not just extra pounds but extra pounds of fat.
Even if HitsLikeTaylor gives me another TD, I believe better cardio work is better than just low body fat. Best is to have both and avoid the steroids.
