No fencing.

Poor lighting.

No security guards.

In freakin' SECTION EIGHT housing.

If anyone deserves to be buried up to their neck, covered in honey and set upon by fire ants, it's Mobley, Bill Green, Akeem 'Don't freak, call the Greek' Anastapoula and all their ilk. They're all a cancer on society.
