ESPN SportsCenter coming for Clemson-ND

by - Assoc. Editor -

ESPN’s “SportsCenter on the Road” will broadcast live from the Clemson campus on Saturday morning for the Clemson-Notre Dame game.

The Tigers will play Notre Dame at 8 p.m in Memorial Stadium on Oct. 3 and it will be the first appearance for the Fighting Irish in Death Valley since 1977.

No official word yet for ESPN GameDay next weekend.

However, ESPN GameDay host Rece Davis said the following on Saturday morning: "Clemson and Notre Dame...I'm not announcing anything, but if Notre Dame takes care of the Minutemen, they should be alright."

Notre Dame is a 28.5 favorite against UMASS on Saturday at 3:30 EST and has a 99% chance to win according to ESPN's FPI.
